Core profile:Senior specialist for projects where contract control, quality, client confidence and delivery reliability all have to hold at the same time. The combination of technical credibility, commercial discipline and client-facing negotiation means Pascal is often brought in where separate roles are not enough on their own.

Core capabilities

Focused on the functions that directly affect project stability, client relations and commercial performance.

Contracts & deviations

Commercial control in real time

Identifies contract gaps, drives variation issues and secures documentation before deviations develop into claim exposure or loss of trust.

  • AB04 / ABT06
  • Variations and deviation management
  • Documentation that stands up in client dialogue
QA / HSE in production

Quality that works on site

Ensures quality systems and documentation are usable in real production and not merely formally compliant on paper.

  • NCR handling without rework where possible
  • Traceability and compliance in regulated environments
  • Support for production instead of administrative resistance
Digital Engineering

AI and automation in active projects

Implements AI-supported workflows directly in project environments to reduce administrative friction, improve traceability and strengthen decision support. This is not theory or a future vision – it is practical process improvement in operation.

Automation of documentation, reporting and follow-up
Rapid structuring of project data for more effective control
Digital workflows that can be introduced without disrupting production
Connects quality, contracts and production to a clearer information flow
Why it matters

A capability mix that few people combine

The combination of contract understanding, quality management, client dialogue and practical AI implementation is still unusual in major construction projects. It creates clear added value in projects that need both control and pace.

Less manual duplication across functions
Faster path from observation to documented action
Stronger control over documentation in client dialogue and deviation management
Higher efficiency without losing quality or accountability

Results

The relevance shows in project economics, in client behaviour and in how well contracts, quality and execution hold together.

Trafikverket · rail project
SEK 5.4m → 9.7m with 26% net margin

The client chose on its own initiative to continue rebooking and expanding the scope. Growth did not come through conflict, but through trust, clear delivery and pricing perceived as fair. It is a clear example of how quality and client relations also affect the commercial outcome directly.

Additional performance signals
  • 400 kV Nybro–Hemsjö:NCR documentation approved without rework.
  • Oskarshamn O3:SEK 79m contract secured within one week in a security-classified environment.
  • OKG O1:Technical project leadership in a full reactor outage within a regulated shutdown window.
Client interface

Experience from projects and client dialogue in environments where trust, factual clarity and technical credibility are decisive.
